Service scope

MVX Solutions provides managed protection capabilities including WAF, bot protection, API protection, threat intelligence, SSL/TLS support and Layer 7 hardening according to the selected plan or signed agreement.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use MVX Solutions to support unlawful activity, abuse third-party systems or intentionally conceal malicious traffic.

Commercial terms

Published pricing is informational and may be updated. Final service terms, support levels and commitments are defined in the applicable order or agreement.

Limitation

No security service can guarantee complete prevention of all attacks. MVX Solutions is operated to reduce risk, improve availability and support response.
