Categories we use
We classify technologies by purpose and apply the principle of necessity.
- Essential and security: support sessions, protection against improper requests and form operation.
- Functional: remember choices requested by the visitor, such as preferred language.
- Service: keep the chat identifier in the browser so a conversation can continue.
- Analytics and advertising: not currently used. If adopted, this policy and the choice mechanisms will be updated in advance.

Blocking essential technologies may prevent secure form submission, preference storage and other core features. Because we do not currently use optional cookies, there is no additional consent panel.
Third-party resources
Some pages may load technical resources from providers, such as fonts or infrastructure services. These providers may receive connection data required to deliver the resource and are subject to their own policies.
MVX Solutions does not control external websites. Review the relevant third party policy when leaving our domain.
Legal basis and data protection
Strictly necessary technologies support requested functionality, security and legitimate interests related to operating the digital channel, subject to necessity and impact assessments.
Where an optional technology requires consent, it will be activated only after a valid choice and may later be disabled.
